The Value Proposition Design (VPD) is a framework that enables businesses to develop and solidify their foundational ideas for how they will create, communicate, deliver, and then extract marketplace value for a differentiated product or service intended to solve a specific problem. Understanding the VPD is critical for Entrepreneurs and Early stage companies.
